Activity summary

PhD A. Cristina Rocha is a researcher at MAREFOZ laboratory. With a PhD in Environmental Sciences and Technology, her research has been focused on the evaluation of environmental quality of estuarine and coastal environments, their contamination by several contaminants and the ecotoxicological effects triggered, as well as, the development of environmental remediation technologies using plants, macro- and microalgae. She also participates in outreach activities developed by SERMARE project.
