On May 29th, the BlueFoodLab Thematic Day will take place at the School of Tourism and Technology of the Sea in Peniche. The aim of this themed day is to showcase the research being carried out at MARE-Politécnico de Leiria in the area of Marine Food Resources.
This event is organized by MARE's "Blue Food Research and Innovation" group, and will take place over two periods of the day (10h-12h30 and 14h-16h30). The program includes a guided tour of the laboratories, Speed Dating to get to know some ongoing projects and laboratory activities. This event is aimed at students studying food science and related areas.
