17th Water Congress

From April 8 to 11, the Vila Galé Hotel in Lago is hosting the 17th Water Congress. MARE is one of the promoters and is a member of the Scientific Committee. 

The Congress is the largest and most emblematic national event on Water Resources, which brings together professionals from various professional areas and fields of activity. “Action towards sustainability” is the motto for this edition, which once again promotes discussion of challenges, solutions and the future of water management. 

Themes for debate include Public policies and water governance; Water and land management; Collaborative, multidisciplinary and multisectoral approaches; Science and technology for innovation in the field of water; Nature-based solutions; and The water, energy and decarbonization nexus.

At the moment, the association is asking interested parties to submit contributions in the different thematic areas related to the general and specific themes defined, by means of abstracts (between 300 and 400 words) on work carried out or under development. Papers can be submitted HERE
