MARE signed the Portuguese Pact for Plastics

MARE is one of the 50 companies and organizations that signed, on Tuesday, the Portuguese Pact for Plastics, a commitment to achieve 100% recyclable plastic in packaging by 2025, among other goals.

Launched by the Smart Waste association and the Ellen MacArthur foundation, the pact’s adherents also want to reach 2025 with all new plastic manufactured incorporating 30% recycled and 70% of used packaging to be made from recycled plastic.
