Activity summary

With a PhD in Biochemistry and speciality in molecular genetics from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon, she focuses her research on the study and characterisation of DNA and RNA, sequence analysis, detection of mutations in tissues/primary cells and their characterisation, as well as the development and maintenance of cell lines, testing of compounds/drugs and analysis and identification of proteins and the effect of compounds on them.
