Activity summary

Reserach interest cover the taxonomy and ecology of phytoplankton and characterization of potentially harmful algal species, particularly dinoflagelates and assocoated harmful algal bloom events (HABs), including the genetic signatures and toxin and profiling of these HAB-species, bloom triggers, and ecological risks. Her research interest also include the avaliation of the impact of global environmental change on HABs biogeographical expansion and population dynamics.
