Activity summary

I have focused most of my work in the use of passive acoustic monitoring (PAM) to extract temporal and spatial patterns relevant to the study of the behavior and ecology of organisms on several soundscapes. My work includes the use of machine learning methods, the study of acoustic communication in fish and the study of the impact of anthropogenic noise. I'm currently at FCUL and also a board member of the Portuguese Ethological Society.
