Activity summary

Use of various biochemical techniques to determine the impact of environmental changes on the nutritional value of bivalve species with high economic potential, as well as, in their dietary preferences. Study of the individual and combined effects of toxic compounds (metals, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and microplastics) on the biochemical composition of bivalves from aquacultures.
