Luís has a degree in biology and a MSC in aquaculture. Luís focus his research in macroalgae, estuarine ecology and aquatic resources management as fields of interest
In 2023 he was warded with a FCT PhD grant and is dedicated to his thesis MAqDECIDE - Decision support system for the identification of potential areas for macroalgae aquaculture.
